Palace to CPP: Go slow in run-up to 40th year for talks to proceed
THE COMMUNIST PARTY of the Philippines (CPP) should not push through with its “planned activities” in the run-up to its 40th anniversary next year if it is sincere in pursuing peace talks with the government, Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita said.
